The easy-to-use Windows based application provides capabilities for incident reporting,
case management, treatment planning, fee bill processing, check writing, statistical
analysis, and electronic data interchange (EDI). The system contains a fully integrated
EDI module for electronically transmitting and receiving first reports of injury, medical
fee bills, treatment plans, and company information directly with the Ohio Bureau of

increase the efficiency of managing occupational injury and illness data, provide flexible
analytical tools for evaluating the effectiveness of medical management services, and to
ensure injured workers get the best possible medical care and are returned to work quickly
and in good health. A good example of this is our new EDI module; it lets our clients send
and receive data directly with the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. This
eliminates the need to use a Value Added Network, and reduces our MCO clients monthly data
transmission costs.
